How to make Honey Chilli Potato Nutritious?

Contrary to the common notion, a potato is not that bad on the nutrition scale. Even though potatoes have carbs and are high in calories, but potatoes are a good source of potassium, Vitamin B6, and dietary fiber. So having potatoes occasionally is not that bad.

We all know that the original honey chilli potato recipe includes frying the potato wedges. It also uses corn starch which is essentially nothing but highly processed carbohydrate. My baked honey chilli potato recipe eliminates the frying part and the cornstarch altogether.

Another modification that can be made to any Honey Chilli Potato Recipe is using low sodium Soy Sauce instead of the regular soy sauce. We all know that soy sauce is high in sodium and greater quantities of sodium are not good for our bodies

You can also substitute the regular potatoes with sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are healthier and nutritional than the regular potatoes. Sweet potatoes are also slightly lower in calories as compared to the regular potatoes. You can also add other veggies along with potatoes.
